Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All items are made-to-order, so we typically don’t offer returns or exchanges.BUT — if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right! 
How long does shipping take?

Processing time varies by product, but most orders ship in 3–10 business days.Tracking will be emailed once it ships!
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location.
How do I care for my product?


  • Apparel → Machine wash cold, hang dry


  • Drinkware → Hand wash recommended to protect the design

Where are products made?

All products are printed on demand and shipped from trusted production partners to reduce waste & keep prices fair.
Can I cancel or change my order?

If you JUST placed your order (within 12 hours), email us ASAP and we’ll do our best!Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Why is my order shipped separately?

Different products sometimes come from different facilities — this gets your cuteness delivered faster!

What is the Cuddle Office™?

A designated space (usually your chest, lap, or bed) where cats enforce emotional wellness through purr-therapy.Appointments are mandatory.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a handwritten message?

Not at the moment — our Gift Wrapping Department (aka Earl & Chamie) keeps getting distracted by the boxes and ribbons. Once they finish their “training,” we’ll offer it in the future!
