At KitTEASe Creations, many of our items are handmade, print-on-demand, or created through trusted fulfillment partners.
To help you feel supported and informed, here is a clear overview of our processing and shipping timelines for each type of product.

💍 Jewelry Shipping (Handmade & Self-Fulfilled)

Our jewelry pieces are assembled or handcrafted with great care and ship directly from our studio.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: depends on your location and carrier

  • Tracking: provided whenever available

Each piece is packaged with intention, love, and gentleness.

👕 Clothing & Print-on-Demand Items (Fulfilled by Printful)

Apparel and selected products (such as shirts, tote bags, and accessories) are fulfilled through Printful, which integrates directly with our Shopify store.
This means:

  • Your order is automatically sent to Printful

  • Printful prints, packages, and ships your item

  • Tracking is sent to you automatically via Shopify

Estimated timelines:

  • Production time: 2–5 business days (may extend during holidays)

  • Shipping time: varies by destination; estimates will appear at checkout

  • Shipping costs: shown at checkout based on Printful’s live rates

Printful may ship items separately from jewelry or other products.

🌙 Limited Drops & Pre-Orders (Future Collections)

For special drops or pre-order releases:

  • Production time: 4–8 weeks after the preorder window closes

  • Shipping: begins immediately after production

  • Updates: provided by email

  • Tracking: shared through Shopify once shipped

Exact timelines will be listed on each product page.

🎨 Art, Accessories & Additional Future Items

As we grow, different products may ship either:

A) Directly from us (self-fulfilled)
B) Through Printful
C) Through other trusted fulfillment partners

Each product page will clearly state the fulfillment method and estimated shipping time.

🌍 International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.
International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Customs duties, VAT, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

📬 Order Tracking

  • For Printful-fulfilled orders, tracking updates are delivered automatically through Shopify.

  • For self-fulfilled items, we provide tracking when available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking numbers to begin updating after shipment.

🐾 Lost, Delayed, or Shipping Issues

If your package appears lost or delayed:
