🤍 Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and the personalized design process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.

This policy applies to both our Signature and Bespoke Collections.

Bespoke bracelets are individually created to reflect your beloved companion's unique colors and markings and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of defects or as required by law.

✨ Defective or Damaged Items

If your bracelet arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and provide:

- Your order number

- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

- A brief description of the issue

Once the defect is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge, including any necessary replacement shipping costs.

💕 Order Cancellations

We understand that plans sometimes change.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, as materials and production may already be underway.
